I get that this has been done to death. And that I’m probably preaching to the choir since all of you listeners seem to just not be poop heads. I love that about y’all.

Unfortunately we live in a world where that isn’t always the case. And basically from the start comics have been there as a way to show political issues that the artists and writers felt needed to be brought to the forefront of society.

So during the month of November that’s what we’ll be looking at. The regular show won’t be affected besides mentioning that this is happening. But we’ll have plenty of blog posts here, a bonus episode or two, that sort of thing.

I’m not exactly sure where this is going to go. A few weeks ago it was just going to be a fun little project. After last Saturday and all the shit that happened it quickly changed into something I felt like I really needed to do. Sadly I’m sure we’ll have some other tragedy that will shift things a bit.

I fucking hope I’m wrong.

PS: If you haven’t picked up on this yet, I’m really not worrying about language issues with this. I normally don’t worry too much but still try my best to stay at the college class level where a few words here and there slip in. That filter is totally turned off for this series.
